What you’ll do
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across relevant channels, working cross-functionally with Product, Design and Engineering.
- Manage tracking and reporting for these channels to analyse campaign performance, measure success and identify opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competition analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
- Work with external partners to execute channel strategies while tracking activity and performance.
- Coordinate with customer support to gather user feedback, build good relationships with the user community, and enhance the user experience.
